"Las Vegas/Orlando", and "NIGHTLY PRIZE" CONTESTS OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sponsor: There is no cost or obligation to purchase in order to enter the "Las Vegas/Orlando" and "NIGHTLY PRIZE" contests. The "Las Vegas/Orlando" and "NIGHTLY PRIZE" contests are presented by contest sponsors and Steele Hill Resorts (sponsor) and Eastman Hill Enterprises (sponsor) at 516 Steele Hill Rd. Sanbornton, NH 03269.

I understand that by entering the "Las Vegas/Orlando” and "NIGHTLY PRIZE" contests that I am giving Eastman Hill Enterprises (sponsor), Steele Hill Resorts (sponsor) and promoting sponsor permission to contact me regarding this and other offers related to entertainment, food and beverage, special events, travel & vacation and other promotions by phone, text, internet, mail or email. I understand that this permission supersedes my listing on any state or federal email or phone “Do Not Contact” list or a prior “Do Not Contact” list maintained by SPONSOR(S). Personal data collected is intended to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

A completed entry form is required for a chance to win the "Las Vegas/Orlando" and "NIGHTLY PRIZE" contests. One entry allowed per person. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received for “Las Vegas/Orlando” and “NIGHTLY PRIZE”. Prize is not transferable. To claim prize, winner must sign affidavit of eligibility. Entrants for “Las Vegas/Orlando” and “Nightly Prize” may enter by completing physical entry cards provided at the venue and via a mobile and online application provided in conjunction with the contest. Access to mobile and online application form is advertised at the venue during events.

ELIGIBILITY: The "Las Vegas/Orlando" and "NIGHTLY PRIZE" contests are open only to legal residents of Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. The promotion does not discriminate against any participants based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin, or marital status. Entrants need not be present to win. Entries that are not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Eastman Hill Enterprises (the "Sponsor"), SAFCO Management, promotion sponsors and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the contests are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Contests are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void outside the states listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

HOW TO ENTER: "Las Vegas/Orlando" and "NIGHTLY PRIZE" contests end 7 business days after the promoted event ("Entry Period"). There are two (2) ways to enter “Las Vegas/Orlando” and “Nightly Prize”: in-person at the venue or utilizing a mobile device. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address/household, regardless of method of entry. In case of multiple entries received from any person or email address or household, only the first entry received from such person or email address or household will be considered.

1. In-Person Method: You may enter the Contest by completing and returning an official entry form at any marked location at the event during the Entry Period. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. In-person entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. Mobile Method: You may enter the “Las Vegas/Orlando” and “Nightly Prize” Contest by completing an official entry form through the promoted web site displayed at the event during the Entry Period. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. Mobile entries become the property of Sponsors. RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winner(s) of the Contest (each, a "Winner" and collectively, the "Winners") will be selected by random drawing on the specified date of the particular contest from among all eligible entries received. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person, family or household.

PRIZES: The Following Prizes Will Be Awarded

Las Vegas/Orlando: One (1) Winner will receive (a) seven (7) night hotel accommodations (single room, quad occupancy; or other reasonable occupancy capacity in Sponsor's sole discretion) at an RCI or II affiliated resort in Orlando, FL or Las Vegas, NV. Accommodations are subject to availability. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or Grand Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Hotel accommodation restrictions apply. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $3,000.00)

“Nightly Prize”: Nightly prizes may also be offered at the sole discretion of the sponsor(s). Entries received for the “Las Vegas/Orlando" and "NIGHTLY PRIZE" contest will automatically be considered eligible to win other elements of the “Las Vegas/Orlando" and "NIGHTLY PRIZE" CONTEST. The “NIGHTLY PRIZE” prizes, such as merchandise and tickets...etc., will be displayed or otherwise advertised at a table location on the physical booth where signage corresponding with the “NIGHTLY PRIZE” will be displayed. Each event during which the contest is promoted a winner shall be selected from the entries gathered from that event. Winner will be selected to receive the items displayed or otherwise advertised. Winners will be notified through text or PA announcement with instructions on how to retrieve the winnings onsite. There are no costs or obligations associated with claiming the nightly prize. If winner selected does not claim their prize prior to the end of the gate closing, the winning will be considered forfeit. At the sole discretion of the sponsor(s) another winner may be chosen to receive the nightly prizes at a later date. (ARV of Nightly Prize: $25-$125)

NOTIFICATION: Each potential Winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone, text and/or mail (in the sole discretion of Sponsor(s)) (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to any such Grand Prize Notification within five (5) days of date of issuance, a disqualification will result and prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Each potential Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Sponsor and may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within five (5) days of date of issuance. Failure to submit any identification required by Sponsor or to return the required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of any prize or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential Winner to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Contest and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor (Eastman Hill Enterprises & Steele Hill Resorts), the Promoting Sponsor and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Contest, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Contest or from the receipt or use of any prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize. By entering this Contest, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by the Sponsor by telephone, text, email and/or postal mail and understands that this permission Supersedes any and all "do not call" registries maintained at the State, Federal or company level. Each Winner, by acceptance of prize, grants to Sponsor and their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due or garbled entries, transmissions, e-mail or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, or other connections including those through and/or by any website, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cable or wireless transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, processing, or communication; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed e-mail notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Contest-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, mail, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor's representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or their respective agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the County of Belmont, State of New Hampshire.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR, THE UMASS LOWELL RIVER HAWKS AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any potential winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

WINNERS' LIST: For a list of all season Winners, mail a request and self-addressed stamped envelope to: UMLRH "Las Vegas/Orlando" Contest c/o Eastman Hill Enterprises 516 Steele Hill Road Sanbornton, NH 03269. Winners' list requests must be received by the last day of the calendar year.
