Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, nothing has been more important to us than the health and safety of our members, guests and staff.

We have received many questions about when amenities will be open again and we are excited to let you know that most amenities and Member day usage are available as of June 18.

Reopening has not been something we’ve taken lightly and we will continue to employ strict cleaning policies as well as recommended social distancing practices and capacity guidelines.

Please read on below for detailed reopening dates including updated hours and special protocols.

All Resorts
Member Day-Use

• Day-use access is now available again for Members whose accounts permit day-use.
• To ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines for health and safety, pools will be available to members for day-use on a reservation basis.
• All members seeking to use the indoor pool facilities at Steele Hill West and Steele Hill Resort must call 603-524-0500 ext.0 within 24 hours of your planned visit to make your day-use reservation.
• All members seeking to use the indoor pool facilities at the Summit Amenity Center must call 603-366-4897 ext. 0 within 24 hours of your planned visit to make your day-use reservation.
• This reservation procedure allows our staff to ensure that members reserving pool time access can do so without compromising our commitment to the health and safety of our members, guests and staff.
• A reminder: The Center Harbor Inn does not provide day-use access.
  
  

All Resorts
Pools

Steele Hill Resort:

• Resort indoor and outdoor pools are open as of June 16.
• West indoor pool is open as of June 18.
• West Roman Spa is open as of June 18 with max occupancy posted. All other hot tubs remain closed.
• West outdoor pool will be open beginning July 1.

Summit Resort:

• All indoor pools and the Roman Spa are open as of June 18 with max occupancy posted for the Roman Spa and kiddie pools.
• Outdoor pool will be open beginning July 1.
• New pool hours for all resort pools are 9am-9pm

All Resorts
Gyms

Steele Hill Resort:

• Gym is open as of June 18 with a max occupancy of 6 guests at a time.

Summit Resort:

• Gym is open as of June 18 with a max occupancy of 3 guests at a time.
  
  
• Gym doors will be locked at all resorts and guests will need to request a key from the front desk for access.

All Resorts
Saunas

• All saunas remain closed until further notice. We will continue to keep members and guests updated as the situation progresses.

Steele Hill Resort
Onsite Dining

The Hilltop:

• As of June 22, The Hilltop will be open Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12pm-8pm for indoor and outdoor dining as well as takeout and delivery. The restaurant will remain closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. At this time, The Hilltop will continue to serve a limited lunch and dinner menu only.
• Cabana Service will begin on June 25.
• Weekend breakfast menus will be available beginning June 27.

The Market:

• As of June 18, The Market will be open 7 days a week from 9am-9pm. At this time, self-serve breakfast will not be available but the store will offer prepackaged items for purchase.

The Grill:

• At this time, The Grill remains closed for the summer season. We will continue to keep our members and guests updated when things change.

Steele Hill Resort
Campground

• The Campground at Steele Hill will be open beginning July 2.
