There is no cost or obligation to purchase in order to enter the Spring Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”).
The Sweepstakes is presented by Steele Hill Resorts and Eastman Hill Enterprises, both located at 516 Steele Hill Road, Sanbornton, NH 03269 (collectively, the “Sponsor” or “Sponsors”).
Purchase or payment will not increase a person’s chances of winning.
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants grant Sponsors permission to contact them regarding this Sweepstakes and other offers related to travel, vacation experiences, hospitality, special events, food and beverage, and promotional opportunities by phone, mail, or email. Entrants understand that this permission supersedes any listing on any state or federal “Do Not Contact” registry or any prior internal “Do Not Contact” list maintained by Sponsor. Personal data collected is intended to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
A completed entry form is required for a chance to win the Sweepstakes. One entry per person is permitted. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable. To claim any prize, the potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability.
The Sweepstakes begins Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 7:00 AM Eastern Time and ends Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected and contacted Friday, May 8, 2026.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, and Vermont who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes does not discriminate against any participant based on race, sex, religion, national origin, disability, or marital status. Entries not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsors and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER:
Eligible entrants may enter by completing the official online entry form during the Sweepstakes Period via a mobile device or other internet-enabled device. Limit one (1) entry per person, email address, and household. In the event of multiple entries from the same person, email address, or household, only the first entry received will be considered. All entries must include a valid email address and phone number. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. No other method of entry will be accepted.
RANDOM DRAWING:
The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) prize per person, family, or household.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
Three (3) night hotel accommodations (single room, quad occupancy; or other reasonable occupancy capacity in Sponsor's sole discretion) for up to four (4) people at Steele Hill Resort in Sanbornton, NH. Accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Additional restrictions may apply. Grand prize does not include meals, transportation, or incidental expenses. Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use.
One (1) $100 credit to the Vantage Day Spa at Steele Hill Resort. Spa credit is redeemable toward any service and must be used with an advance reservation. Credit has no cash value and may be subject to additional terms and conditions set by the spa.

NOTIFICATION:
The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone at Sponsor’s discretion shortly after the Sweepstakes Period ends. If the selected Winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected. The Winner may be required to provide valid identification and execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability prior to prize fulfillment.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY / PUBLICITY RELEASE:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and all affiliated entities from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By accepting a prize, the Winner grants Sponsors the right to use their name, city and state of residence, likeness, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or inaccurate entries; technical failures; or any errors related to the administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to tamper with the Sweepstakes. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
