“Path Vacations Google Review Giveaway” SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

There is no cost or obligation to purchase in order to enter the Path Vacations Google Review Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”).

The Sweepstakes is presented by Eastman Hill Enterprises, d/b/a Steele Hill Resorts (“Sponsor”), 516 Steele Hill Road, Sanbornton, NH 03269 (“Sponsor”). Purchase or payment will not increase the person's chances of winning.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that the Sponsor may contact you regarding this and other offers related to travel, vacation promotions, and related products or services by phone, mail, or email. This permission supersedes any prior listing on any state or federal “Do Not Contact” list. Personal data collected is intended to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, and Vermont who are twenty-six (26) years of age or older at the time of entry and who have completed a Path Vacations promotional stay and tour. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, and all other companies associated with this Sweepstakes, are not eligible. Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void outside the states listed above and where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, eligible participants must:

1. Write a Google review for Path Vacations based on their promotional stay.

2. Send a screenshot of the published review to refer@pathvacations.com.

All entries must be received during the applicable quarter:

• January – March (Winner selected in April)

• April – June (Winner selected in July)

• July – September (Winner selected in October)

• October – December (Winner selected in January)

Limit one (1) entry per person. Incomplete or inaccurate entries, or entries that do not meet the eligibility requirements, will be disqualified.

RANDOM DRAWING:
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable quarter. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person, family, or household. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

PRIZES:
Grand Prize: One (1) winner per quarter will receive:

• A three (3) night hotel stay for up to four (4) people at Steele Hill Resort in Sanbornton, NH (single room, quad occupancy; other reasonable occupancy at Sponsor’s discretion). Accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates.

Blackout Dates: Accommodations may not be booked during blackout periods, as determined by Sponsor. Failure to book by the specified date may result in forfeiture of the prize. Prize does not include travel costs or other expenses incurred by the winner.

NOTIFICATION:
Winner will be notified by email, telephone, and/or mail. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days, they may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to provide identification and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY / PUBLICITY RELEASE:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and release the Sponsor and affiliated parties from any liability related to participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize. Each winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, photograph, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or garbled entries; technical failures; or other errors related to the administration of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to manipulate the Sweepstakes or violate the Official Rules may result in disqualification. Entries generated by automated methods are void. Disputes will be resolved under New Hampshire law.

WINNERS' LIST:
For a list of quarterly winners (available after January 15, 2026), mail a request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Sweepstakes Winners List, Eastman Hill Enterprises, 516 Steele Hill Road, Sanbornton, NH 03269.
