Fall Into Savings Promotional Stay - Terms & Conditions

By submitting a reservation request for the Path Vacations Fall Into Savings Promotional Stay at Steele Hill Resort (the "Promotional Stay"), you ("Member" or "you") agree to the following terms.

This offer is available exclusively to current Path Vacations members in good standing, with accounts that are active at both the time of booking and the time of stay. Membership status is subject to verification, and Path Vacations reserves the right to decline or revoke this offer if eligibility cannot be confirmed. The offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or member benefit unless expressly authorized in writing.

The Promotional Stay consists of a stay of two (2) or more consecutive nights at Steele Hill Resort in Sanbornton, New Hampshire. The promotional rate is $99 per night for midweek nights (Sunday through Thursday nights) and $199 per night for weekend nights (Friday and Saturday nights), with a two-night minimum. Nights falling on designated peak dates are subject to an additional charge of $100 per night above the applicable midweek or weekend rate. These rates exclude applicable taxes, resort fees, and incidental charges unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Unit type is assigned based on availability at the time of booking. Standard occupancy limits and resort policies apply. Submission of a reservation request form does not guarantee a booking; all stays are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by Path Vacations. A valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card are required at check-in.

Reservation requests must be submitted and confirmed by October 31, 2026. Confirmed Promotional Stays may be completed on any available dates through December 31, 2027. Requests received after October 31, 2026 will not be eligible for this offer.

The following dates are designated peak dates and are subject to the additional $100 per night charge:

2026 Peak Dates:
10/9-10/11, 11/25-11/29, 12/23-1/3/27

2027 Peak Dates:
1/1-1/3, 1/15-1/18, 2/5-2/6, 2/15-2/26, 4/16-5/1, 5/28-5/31, 6/12-6/20, 7/2-7/5, 9/3-9/6, 10/8-10/11, 11/11-11/14, 11/24-11/27, 12/23-12/31

Path Vacations reserves the right to update the peak date calendar at any time; confirmed reservations will be honored at the rate quoted at the time of confirmation. Availability on peak dates is limited and not guaranteed.

Participation in a Membership Benefits Review is a required condition of this offer. The review will be approximately sixty (60) minutes in length and must be completed during your stay at a scheduled time agreed upon in advance. All named members on the account must attend and remain present for the full duration of the session. If the review is not completed, Path Vacations reserves the right to adjust the stay to the prevailing retail rate and charge the difference to the card on file, and/or disqualify the member from future promotional offers.

Full payment of the promotional rate is required at the time of booking confirmation, and a valid credit card must be provided to secure the reservation. All reservations under this offer are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Members who fail to cancel more than fourteen (14) days prior to check-in will be charged the full retail rate of the stay. No-shows will be charged the full retail rate of the stay. Requests to modify travel dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed, and any change to dates that include peak dates may result in an adjusted rate.

This offer is limited to one (1) Promotional Stay per membership account, and Path Vacations reserves the right to further limit redemption to one per household. All standard Steele Hill Resort policies apply, including but not limited to check-in and check-out requirements, occupancy limits, and guest conduct. Guests must be at least 21 years of age unless accompanied by a qualifying member. Failure to comply with resort policies may result in removal from the property without refund.

Path Vacations reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time. Any confirmed reservations will be honored as booked. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Path Vacations and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this offer, the Promotional Stay, or the Membership Benefits Review. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Promotional Stay.

Information submitted through the reservation form will be used to process your request, verify eligibility, and communicate with you regarding your stay, your membership, and related offers, in accordance with the Path Vacations Privacy Policy. By submitting your information, you consent to being contacted by phone, email, and, where permitted, SMS.

Path Vacations shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state. These terms, together with your booking confirmation and membership agreement, constitute the entire agreement related to this offer and supersede any prior communications or understandings.
