Lakeside Pass - Terms & Conditions

The Lakeside Pass is a prepaid season pass issued by Path Resorts that entitles the named holder to a set number of midweek nights at Center Harbor Inn in Center Harbor, NH, Steele Hill Resort in Sanbornton, NH, and the Summit Resort in Laconia, NH, during the Pass's validity period. The Lakeside Pass is not a gift certificate, gift card, or stored-value product. It has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied toward any other Path Resorts or Path Vacations product.

Pass sizes. The Lakeside Pass is sold in three sizes: the 2-Night Lakeside Pass (2 midweek nights), the 5-Night Lakeside Pass (5 midweek nights), and the 10-Night Lakeside Pass (10 midweek nights). The size purchased, including its number of nights and its total price, is fixed at the time of purchase and is shown at the point of sale, on the order confirmation, and on the Pass itself. Pass pricing is set per Pass and does not represent or guarantee any particular nightly rate.

Validity period and expiration. Every Lakeside Pass is valid from the date of purchase through December 31, 2027, and expires on that date for all holders regardless of purchase date. Holders may begin booking and using nights immediately upon purchase, including in 2026. Any night that has not been used to reserve a reservation by December 31, 2027 expires on that date and has no remaining value. Reserved stays must also be completed on or before December 31, 2027.

Issuance. The Pass is issued by email to the named holder within one business day (Monday through Friday) of purchase, with the Pass details and booking instructions. A Pass purchased as a gift is issued to the recipient named at checkout.

How nights are reserved. All reservations are made by phone at 1-800-661-2243. The Pass may be purchased online, but stays cannot be reserved online. The nights on a Pass may be used all at once as a single stay, or divided into separate stays in any combination, provided that each stay is a minimum of two (2) consecutive midweek nights. For example, a 5-Night Lakeside Pass may be used as one 5-night stay or as a 2-night stay and a 3-night stay. A single night cannot be reserved on its own. Each stay is redeemed at the time of booking, and the nights used are deducted from the nights remaining on the Pass. Stays may be taken at any of the three properties listed above, in any order, and the stays on a single Pass may be taken at different properties. A single stay must be completed at one property. Accommodations are assigned at the time of booking, based on availability, in the unit types made available to this program at each property.

Eligible nights and blackout dates. Stays are available for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday check-ins only, and are subject to availability. Friday and Saturday nights, and certain Sunday nights, cannot be reserved with a Pass, and a stay may not extend into a Friday or Saturday night. Blackout dates apply, including major holidays and school-vacation weeks. The current blackout calendar is published at www.pathvacations.com/blackout-dates and the calendar in effect at the time of booking governs.

Reservations, changes, and no-shows. Stays may be reserved up to six months in advance of the arrival date. Reservations made with a Lakeside Pass cannot be canceled and are considered fulfilled in the event of a no-show. Once dates are reserved, the holder may reschedule that stay one time with at least 14 days' notice before arrival, in accordance with each property's policies. Rescheduled stays remain subject to availability and blackout dates and must be completed on or before December 31, 2027. Early departure from a reserved stay does not return unused nights to the Pass.

Named holder, gifting, and transfer. A Lakeside Pass is issued to a named holder. It may be purchased as a gift for a recipient named at the time of purchase. After issuance, the holder may transfer the Pass, or a portion of its unused nights, to another person by calling Path Resorts at 1-800-661-2243 and paying a $10 administrative fee per transfer, after which the Pass or the transferred nights are reissued to the new named holder. Transferred nights remain subject to the two-night minimum per stay. All transfers must be processed by Path Resorts. A Pass is not transferred by giving the Pass details to another person, and a Pass is not valid for commercial resale. Nights that have already been used to reserve a reservation cannot be transferred, reissued, or reactivated.

Payment, taxes, and fees. Passes are paid in full at the time of purchase and are nonrefundable. The Pass price covers the room-nights only. Applicable taxes, any resort or amenity fee charged by the property, and incidental charges are not included and are payable at the property at the time of stay. Resort fees vary by property, are subject to the amounts in effect at the time of the stay, and will be disclosed at the time of booking and at check-in. The Pass may not be combined with any other Path Resorts or Path Vacations promotion, member discount, or coupon.

Accommodations and amenities. Stays at Center Harbor Inn include continental breakfast and use of the inn's guest amenities during the stay. Stays at Steele Hill Resort and the Summit Resort include use of that property's guest amenities during the stay. Amenity access is limited to the property at which the holder is staying and to the dates of that stay. Amenities, dining hours, and seasonal facilities vary by property and by season, and some may be closed or require an advance reservation.

Check-in requirements. The primary guest checking in on the arrival date must be the guest named on the reservation, be 21 years of age or older, present a valid photo ID, and present a major Mastercard, Visa, or Discover credit card in their name (American Express is not accepted) to cover the $200 hotel incidentals deposit. Guests must meet all check-in requirements and policies of the property at which they are staying. These requirements may be reviewed with the reservationist at the time of booking and are included in the reservation confirmation email.

Onsite dining facilities at Steele Hill Resort and the Summit Resort may be closed on Wednesdays. Please review this with your reservationist when booking.

No tours. There are no tours or sales presentations involved with the purchase or use of a Lakeside Pass. The Lakeside Pass is not part of the Vacation Club and does not require participation in any Vacation Club presentation.

Program changes. Path Resorts reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Lakeside Pass program at any time. Passes purchased before any such change will be honored through December 31, 2027 under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
