Membership Review Promotional Stay - Terms & Conditions

By submitting a reservation request for the Path Vacations Member Review Promotional Stay at Steele Hill Resort (the “Promotional Stay”), you (“Member” or “you”) agree to the following terms.

This offer is available exclusively to current Path Vacations members in good standing, with accounts that are active at both the time of booking and the time of stay. Membership status is subject to verification, and Path Vacations reserves the right to decline or revoke this offer if eligibility cannot be confirmed. The offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or member benefit unless expressly authorized in writing.

The Promotional Stay consists of a two-night consecutive stay at Steele Hill Resort in Sanbornton, New Hampshire. The total rate is $100 for midweek stays with check-in Sunday through Thursday, or $250 for weekend stays with check-in Friday or Saturday. These rates exclude applicable taxes, resort fees, and incidental charges unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Standard occupancy limits and resort policies apply. Submission of a reservation request form does not guarantee a booking; all stays are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by Path Vacations. A valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card are required at check-in.

This offer is subject to blackout dates, including holidays, peak periods, and select high-demand dates. The current blackout calendar is available at pathvacations.com/vacation-club-dates and may be updated at any time.

Participation in a Membership Benefits Review is a required condition of this offer. The review will be approximately ninety (90) minutes in length and must be completed during your stay at a scheduled time agreed upon in advance. At least one named member on the account must attend and remain present for the full duration of the session. If the review is not completed, Path Vacations reserves the right to revoke any incentives, adjust the stay to the prevailing retail rate and charge the difference to the card on file, and/or disqualify the member from future promotional offers.

Members who complete the Membership Benefits Review will receive one (1) Dream Vacation Certificate valid for an eight-day, seven-night stay at participating resorts. This certificate is issued and administered by a third-party provider and is subject to its own terms, conditions, availability, and restrictions. A directory of participating resorts can be viewed at www.dreamvacationweek.com/web/cs?a=1500 and is subject to change. The certificate has no cash value, is non-transferable, may not be sold or exchanged, and must be used prior to its stated expiration date. Taxes, activation fees, reservation fees, travel costs, and other incidentals are the responsibility of the recipient. Path Vacations is not responsible for the operation, availability, or quality of accommodations provided by the third-party program.

Full payment of the promotional rate is required at the time of booking confirmation, and a valid credit card must be provided to secure the reservation. Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of check-in are non-refundable except where required by law. No-shows will be charged the full promotional rate and may also be subject to any applicable rate adjustments. Requests to modify travel dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

This offer is limited to one (1) Promotional Stay per membership account per 24 months, and Path Vacations reserves the right to further limit redemption to one per household. All standard Steele Hill Resort policies apply, including but not limited to check-in and check-out requirements, occupancy limits, and guest conduct. Guests must be at least 21 years of age unless accompanied by a qualifying member. Failure to comply with resort policies may result in removal from the property without refund.

Path Vacations reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time. Any confirmed reservations will be honored as booked. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Path Vacations and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this offer, the Promotional Stay, the Membership Benefits Review, or use of the Dream Vacation Certificate. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Promotional Stay.

Information submitted through the reservation form will be used to process your request, verify eligibility, and communicate with you regarding your stay, your membership, and related offers, in accordance with the Path Vacations Privacy Policy. By submitting your information, you consent to being contacted by phone, email, and, where permitted, SMS.

Path Vacations shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state. These terms, together with your booking confirmation and membership agreement, constitute the entire agreement related to this offer and supersede any prior communications or understandings.
