Existing Member Terms

Member exclusive promotions are valid for the dates and terms listed within each product page at pathvacations.shop/collections/member-deals. To make a qualified purchase of membership or points upgrades, you must sign a contract and begin a payment plan immediately. Path Vacations® time share property administration services will contact customers to complete contract and payment plan.

Member exclusive promotions only apply to and are intended for a Current Primary Contact Designee of beneficial memberships held with the Path Vacations Trust. Some member exclusive promotions only apply to and are intended for a Current Primary Contact Designee of beneficial memberships of a premium tier held with the Path Vacations Trust. Participating member's account must be in good standing and must have all financial obligations held current. Standard increment of annual member dues and reserve applies.

Certain member packages require attendance at a member-exclusive presentation as a condition of receiving the promotional rate. This presentation is mandatory and is approximately 90–120 minutes in length. A trained Path Vacations® representative will provide a refresher on membership perks, answer questions, and discuss available upgrades. Members who book a promotional package that includes a presentation but do not attend their scheduled session during their reserved stay will be charged the full retail rate of their accommodations.

Member exclusive offers can only be purchased by existing members and cannot be used to create a new account. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon or promotion.

Vacation Club Package Terms

Path Vacations® time share property administration services vacation packages are offered with the intent of marketing and selling resort and travel products. Participation in Path Vacations promotions require that guests meet basic qualifications and attend a sales presentation onsite at Path Vacations’ sales center lasting between 90-120 minutes. You will be taken on a guided tour of the resort, view a short video on our resort affiliations and be given an opportunity to have your questions answered by one of our representatives. Guest who choose to participate in this promotion who do not meet qualifications or who do not complete the sales presentation, will be charged market rates for accommodations and other premiums in the case that the guest does not officially cancel their reservation prior to the closure of defined cancellation windows (cancellations must be made more than 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival date.)

This is a promotion. Guest are under no obligation to make a purchase after attending sales presentation. For guests meeting all stated qualifications and who attend full sales presentation, decision not to purchase will not affect the terms of this promotion or any benefits purported.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Path Vacations maintains a strict policy regarding the consumption of alcohol and drugs during scheduled sales presentations. Guests are not allowed to bring alcohol to their scheduled presentation and must not arrive at the tour inebriated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Consuming alcohol during the scheduled presentation is strictly prohibited. Guests who arrive intoxicated, under the influence, or who consume alcohol during their scheduled tour will be ineligible to complete the tour and will be charged retail rates for their hotel stay. Please note, in accordance with state law, alcohol consumption is only permitted in designated areas of the resort.

Guests receiving discounted accommodations must also comply with all policies of the lodging facility providing said accommodations, including a $75 incidental hold which will be refunded after check out. Accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates.

Vacation Club Resort Credit: Select introductory vacation club packages include a resort credit valued at $50 or $125, based on the package purchased. This credit is provided as part of the promotional offer and has no cash value.The resort credit is applied only after the guest has completed their scheduled vacation club tour during their stay.

Guests may use the resort credit in one of the following ways:

On-Property Use: The credit may be applied as a non-refundable resort credit toward eligible on-property purchases, including but not limited to dining, spa services, resort market purchases, and select amenities. Credit must be used during the same stay and cannot be carried forward.

Off-Property Reimbursement: If the guest chooses to use the credit toward off-property expenses, original receipts must be presented to the front desk prior to departure. Upon verification and tour completion, the applicable credit amount will be applied as a refund to the guest’s folio, up to the total value of the resort credit included in their package.

The resort credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Credit cannot be applied toward room rates, taxes, gratuities, or previously posted charges unless explicitly approved by resort management. Unused portions of the resort credit will be forfeited at checkout. Failure to complete the scheduled vacation club presentation will result in forfeiture of the resort credit.

QUALIFICATIONS

This offer is limited to one vacation package per household, family, group, or vehicle. Individuals using a Path Vacations promotion to travel or stay at the resort at the same time as another party, participating in this program or not, are ineligible. Guest receiving complimentary or discounted stays at the resort that are deemed ineligible will be charged full room retail rate for their stay.

In order to be eligible for this special offer, you must between 26 and 70 years of age, currently employed or gainfully retired, with a pre-tax household income in excess of $60,000 US (Combined husband and wife). Path Vacations reserves the right to determine if guests meet the income qualifications, regardless of marital status. If married, common-law, engaged, or in a committed relationship, both individuals must attend together. To receive gifts parties must complete an approximate 90-120 minute Vacation Ownership presentation at Steele Hill Resort's Preview Center. Path Vacations resorts have a strict no pet policy. Current or previous employees, owners and those who have toured with Path Vacations within the last 24 months are ineligible. Those planning to participate in this promotion must speak, read & write fluent English and be full United States Citizens. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Path Vacations promotional offer.

Participation in the Path Vacations guided tour preview will provide one (1) set of promotional benefits (as advertised) per vehicle, household or family. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Path Vacations promotional offer. Any offer made to you is valid only on the day of your visit. The purpose of this advertising promotion is to acquaint you with our vacation ownership programs. A special offer will be made to you only at the time of your visit. However, you are under no obligation to purchase anything. The preview is relaxing, informative, and lasts approximately 90-120 minutes. People who have previewed a Path Vacations resort within the last 24 months are ineligible for this promotion. Those who are owners at Path Vacations are ineligible for this promotion.

Big Suites Certificate Terms

Purchase of the Big Suites package entitles you to one (1) Big Suites certificate for either a 2-night or 4-night midweek stay depending on the certificate purchased. Certificates are valid for 1 year from date of purchase and will be issued to you via email with booking instructions. Please note this deal is only available for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday check-ins and is subject to availability and certain published blackout dates. Discounts and offers

Path Vacations members may apply their 10% member discount to this certificate when purchasing the No Tour option only.
Guests who select the Add Tour option receive $50 off the certificate purchase price.
The 10% member discount and the $50 tour discount cannot be combined. Only one discount may be applied per certificate.
This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other Steele Hill Resorts corporation promotions.

General certificate terms

Your certificate is good for 12 months and is fully transferable. You can gift this certificate by simply giving this certificate to the individual of your choice.
If you purchased the No Tour option, there are NO TOURS involved with the redemption of this certificate.
Please be aware that the onsite dining facilities are sometimes closed on Wednesday. Please be sure to review this possibility with your reservationist when booking.
This certificate cannot be used to reserve Friday, Saturday and some Sunday nights. Maximum reservation window is 6 months in advance of arrival date.
Once redeemed, this certificate cannot be reactivated.
Reservations made with this certificate cannot be canceled and will be considered fulfilled in the event of a no-show for the scheduled stay. Once dates are reserved, certificate holders may reschedule one (1) single time with 14-days advanced notice as per the hotel's policies.
The primary guest intending to check in upon arrival date of the reserved stay must:
- be the guest named on the reservation on file
- be 21 years of age or older
- have a valid photo ID to present at time of check in
- have a major Mastercard, Visa or Discover credit card in their name (AMEX not accepted) to cover the $200 hotel incidentals deposit
Guest(s) must meet all check in requirements and policies stipulated by Steele Hill Resorts which can be reviewed with the reservationist at time of booking and can be found in the reservation confirmation received after reserving a stay.

Void where prohibited. Purchase of the No Tour option is not part of our Vacation Club and does not require participation in the Vacation Club presentation.

Additional terms for the Add Tour option

The following additional terms apply only to guests claiming the $50 discount on Big Suites certificate purchase with agreement to attend a guided presentation during their stay.

For guests who are not current Path Vacations members: In order to be eligible for this special offer, you must be between 26 and 70 years of age. To receive gifts parties must complete an approximate 90-120 minute Vacation Ownership presentation at Steele Hill Resort's Preview Center. Current or previous employees, owners and those who have toured with Path Vacations within the last 24 months are ineligible. This session covers your current membership, points usage, upgrade options and available membership add-ons. You are under no obligation to purchase anything or make any changes to your membership. Members are eligible for one (1) membership review promotion per 24 months. Members who have completed a membership review or Vacation Ownership presentation with Path Vacations within the last 24 months are not eligible for the $50 tour discount and should select the No Tour option. Members must be the named owner on the membership account and 21 years of age or older.

Applying to all guests selecting the Add Tour option: Path Vacations resorts have a strict no pet policy. Path Vacations Adventure Pack Terms

Purchase of the Path Vacations Adventure Pack certificate trio entitles you to three (3) midweek stay certificates, each valid for a 2-night midweek stay at one of the following Path Vacations properties:

Mix & Match Certificate Packs Terms

Purchase of a Mix & Match Certificate Pack entitles you to a set of prepaid midweek stay certificates, each valid for one (1) 2-night midweek stay at one of the following Path Vacations properties:

The Summit Resort (Laconia, NH)
Center Harbor Inn (Center Harbor, NH)

The number of certificates in your pack depends on the pack purchased. The Four-Pack includes two (2) certificates for a total of 4 nights, the Six-Pack includes three (3) certificates for a total of 6 nights, and the Twelve-Pack includes six (6) certificates for a total of 12 nights. All packs are priced at a flat rate of $175 per night.

Certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and will be issued to you via email with booking instructions. Certificates that have not been redeemed within 12 months of purchase expire and have no remaining value. This offer is available for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday check-ins only and is subject to availability and certain published blackout dates, including major holidays and school-vacation weeks. Each certificate may be used at any of the three properties listed above, in any order, and certificates within a pack may be used at different properties. Certificates may also be combined to reserve a longer consecutive midweek stay, subject to availability and the midweek and blackout restrictions above. A certificate cannot be split into single nights, and unused nights from a certificate cannot be carried over to another stay. Certificates have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, applied toward other Path Vacations products, or exchanged for weekend or holiday nights. Accommodations are assigned based on availability at the time of booking in the unit types made available to this program at each property.

Your certificates are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are fully transferable until they have been used to reserve a stay. You may gift a certificate by simply providing the certificate to the individual of your choice, and certificates within a pack may be gifted individually. Once a certificate has been used to reserve a stay, it cannot be transferred, reissued, or reactivated.

There are NO TOURS involved with the redemption of these certificates.

Mix & Match Certificate Packs are paid in full at the time of purchase and are nonrefundable. Applicable taxes, resort fees, and incidental charges are not included in the certificate price and are payable at the time of stay. The advertised savings of up to 50% are measured against each property's standard published midweek rates, which vary by season, property, and unit type, and actual savings on any individual stay may be less. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other Path Vacations corporate promotions, member discounts, or coupons.

The maximum reservation window is 6 months in advance of the arrival date. Reservations made with these certificates cannot be canceled and will be considered fulfilled in the event of a no-show for the scheduled stay. Once dates are reserved, certificate holders may reschedule one (1) time with 14 days' advanced notice, in accordance with each property's policies. Rescheduled stays remain subject to availability and blackout dates and must be completed within the certificate's original 12-month validity period.

The primary guest intending to check in on the arrival date of the reserved stay must:

Be the guest named on the reservation on file
Be 21 years of age or older
Present a valid photo ID at check-in
Present a major Mastercard, Visa, or Discover credit card in their name (AMEX not accepted) to cover the $200 hotel incidentals deposit

Path Vacations reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Mix & Match Certificate Pack program at any time. Certificates purchased before any such change will be honored through their original validity period under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Twelve-Pack + One-Year Lifestyle Pass Add-On Terms and Conditions:

The Path Vacations Lifestyle Pass Add-On ("Lifestyle Pass Add-On") is offered by Eastman Hill Enterprises, Inc., dba Path Vacations ("Path Vacations"). The Lifestyle Pass Add-On is available exclusively as part of the Mix & Match Certificate Packs Twelve-Pack + Lifestyle Pass bundle (the "Bundle") and may not be purchased separately. Purchase and use of the Lifestyle Pass Add-On are subject to the following terms and conditions, the Mix & Match Certificate Packs Terms and Conditions (which govern the Twelve-Pack certificates included in the Bundle), and all applicable resort rules, policies, and Path Vacations Club guidelines.

Bundle Contents and Price

The Bundle includes (a) one Mix & Match Certificate Packs Twelve-Pack, consisting of six 2-night midweek stay certificates, and (b) one Lifestyle Pass Add-On providing a single one-year term of Lifestyle Pass day-use amenity access. The total price of the Bundle is Four Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($4,600.00), of which Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) is attributable to the Lifestyle Pass Add-On. The Lifestyle Pass Add-On price reflects a promotional discount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) from the standard Lifestyle Pass annual rate of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). This promotional pricing applies to the one-year Lifestyle Pass Add-On term only and does not apply to any subsequent term, renewal, or separate Lifestyle Pass purchase.

Term and Payment

The Lifestyle Pass Add-On is issued for a single fixed term of one (1) year, totaling twelve (12) months, commencing on the date of enrollment as described below. The Lifestyle Pass Add-On carries no multi-year commitment, no annual installments, and no obligation to renew. The full Bundle price is due at the time of purchase. No reservation deposit option is offered for the Lifestyle Pass Add-On. All Bundle purchases are final and non-cancellable, except as required by applicable law.

Enrollment and Activation

Following purchase, the purchaser must complete Lifestyle Pass enrollment with Path Vacations, including designation of the named member(s) and verification of identity, before any amenity access is granted. Path Vacations will provide enrollment instructions following purchase. The one-year term begins on the date enrollment is completed, not on the date of purchase. Enrollment must be completed within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. If enrollment is not completed within sixty (60) days, the term will be deemed to have commenced on the sixty-first (61st) day following purchase, and no extension, credit, or refund will be provided for any portion of the term that elapses prior to enrollment.

Expiration and Renewal

The Lifestyle Pass Add-On expires automatically at the end of the one-year term. Renewal is not automatic. Any continued Lifestyle Pass access following expiration, if offered, will be subject to then-current Lifestyle Pass pricing, terms, and availability, which may include a multi-year commitment. The promotional Add-On rate will not be extended to any renewal. Unused days, weeks, or months of the term do not carry forward, are not refundable, and have no cash value.

Relationship to the Twelve-Pack Certificates

The Twelve-Pack certificates included in the Bundle are governed by the Mix & Match Certificate Packs Terms and Conditions, including all check-in, booking window, blackout, and rescheduling rules, and are not affected by the expiration of the Lifestyle Pass Add-On. The Lifestyle Pass Add-On and the Twelve-Pack certificates may not be separated, resold, or transferred independently of one another. Cancellation, expiration, or termination of the Lifestyle Pass Add-On does not entitle the purchaser to any refund or credit for the Twelve-Pack, and vice versa.

Limited Availability

The Bundle is offered in a strictly limited quantity of five (5), as determined solely by Path Vacations. Availability is not guaranteed and the offer may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Once all five (5) Bundles have been sold, no additional Lifestyle Pass Add-Ons will be made available under these terms. Path Vacations reserves the right to cancel and refund any Bundle purchase that exceeds the available quantity.

Nature of Product

The Lifestyle Pass Add-On is a revocable license for day-use access to certain resort amenities and does not constitute a deeded interest, real estate interest, timeshare ownership, or equity in any property. It does not confer Path Vacations Club membership, points, or any voting or ownership rights.

Eligible Members and Use Restrictions

A maximum of two (2) adult individuals may be listed as named members on a single Lifestyle Pass Add-On. Named members must be designated at enrollment and may not be changed during the term without the prior written consent of Path Vacations. All benefits associated with the Lifestyle Pass Add-On are personal to the named members and are non-transferable. The Lifestyle Pass Add-On may not be assigned, shared, gifted, resold, or otherwise conveyed to any third party without the prior written consent of Path Vacations. Named members must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Resort and Amenity Access

The Lifestyle Pass Add-On provides day-use access to select resort amenities located at Steele Hill Resort in Sanbornton, New Hampshire, and the Summit Resort in Laconia, New Hampshire, during the active one-year term. Resorts remain open to the public, and the Lifestyle Pass Add-On does not grant exclusive, guaranteed, or priority access to amenities. Overnight accommodations are not included with the Lifestyle Pass Add-On; overnight stays are provided solely through the Twelve-Pack certificates, subject to their own terms. Access to amenities at the Center Harbor Inn or any other Path Vacations or affiliated property is expressly excluded. Any additional member benefits or discounts associated with the Lifestyle Pass are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.

Reservations, Attendance, and Guest Limits

Certain amenities, including indoor pools, require advance reservations. Reservations may be made through the applicable member portal or by contacting the resort front desk. All members and guests must check in at the resort front desk and present valid government-issued photo identification prior to accessing any amenities. Day-use access is limited to a maximum party size of six (6) individuals, inclusive of at least one named member. A named member must be present and accompany the party for the full duration of amenity use. Amenity access may be time-limited and is subject to availability.

Availability and Operational Limitations

Amenity access under the Lifestyle Pass Add-On is subject to availability and capacity. Path Vacations will make reasonable efforts to accommodate members. Access may be limited during peak periods, holidays, weekends, or special events. Amenity access may also be limited, restricted, modified, or unavailable due to maintenance, weather conditions, private events, capacity constraints, or other operational needs as determined by Path Vacations or the applicable resort. No credits, refunds, extensions, or substitutions will be provided for periods during which amenities are unavailable or access is restricted, and the one-year term will not be extended for any such period.

Rules, Conduct, and Compliance

All members and their guests are required to comply with all resort rules, policies, and Path Vacations Club guidelines, as amended from time to time. Failure to comply with such rules or policies may result in suspension or termination of Lifestyle Pass Add-On privileges, with or without notice, and without refund.

Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

Use of resort amenities is undertaken at the member's own risk. Members agree to assume all risks associated with amenity use and to hold harmless Path Vacations, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from such use, except where prohibited by law.

Suspension and Termination

Violation of these Terms and Conditions, the Mix & Match Certificate Packs Terms and Conditions, or applicable resort or club rules may result in suspension or termination of Lifestyle Pass Add-On access without refund. Because the Bundle is prepaid in full, no late fees, interest, or acceleration provisions apply.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Path Vacations reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Lifestyle Pass Add-On following notice of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Lifestyle Pass Add-On or the Bundle shall be resolved in the State of New Hampshire.
