Vacation Exploration Program Terms and Conditions
Path Vacations Resorts will contact eligible customers to complete the enrollment process for the Vacation Exploration Program.
This promotion is exclusively available to customers who do not currently hold a beneficial membership with the Path Vacations Trust. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon, discount, or promotion.
The cost of a trial membership for customers making a full purchase at the time of enrollment is as follows:
- Standard Membership: $4,212
- Premium Membership: $7,363
Financing for the Vacation Exploration Program is available under the following terms:
- Term: 36 months
- Interest Rate: 15.9% per annum
- Financing Application: Customers interested in financing their trial membership must apply for financing at the time of enrollment.
Customers financing their trial membership are required to make a deposit equivalent to three (3) monthly payments at the time of enrollment. The deposit amounts are as follows:
- Standard Membership: $351
- Premium Membership: $614
Following the initial 3-month period covered by the deposit, regular monthly payments will begin to be collected according to the terms of the financing agreement. Borrowers shall pay a late charge on each installment in default for more than ten (10) days. The late charge will be the greater of Five Percent (5%) of the overdue amount or Five Dollars ($5.00).
Reservations made under the trial membership may be subject to cancellation if the member’s account becomes delinquent and is not brought current within ten (10) days after notice from Path Vacations. In the event that the trial member fails to fulfill their financial obligations as specified in these terms, all access to the benefits of the membership account will be revoked and suspended until the financial obligations are resolved.
The trial member agrees to abide by the Path Vacations Rules and Regulations, as well as the policies of the individual resorts. In the event of default on payment obligations or violation of the Path Vacations Club rules or the rules of the participating resorts:
- All funds paid will be forfeited.
- All unpaid amounts will become immediately due.
- The trial participant agrees to pay all outstanding amounts promptly in the event of default or breach of the published rules.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Path Vacations operates. Path Vacations reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By enrolling in the Vacation Exploration Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
