Couples must attend together (If married, both spouses must attend the presentation together, those with significant others must also attend together). This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other Path Vacations promotion.

You will be taken on a 90-120 minute guided tour of the resort, view a short video on our resort affiliations and be given an opportunity to have your questions answered by one of our representatives. You are under no obligation to buy.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Path Vacations maintains a strict policy regarding the consumption of alcohol and drugs during scheduled sales presentations. Guests are not allowed to bring alcohol to their scheduled presentation and must not arrive at the tour inebriated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Consuming alcohol during the scheduled presentation is strictly prohibited. Guests who arrive intoxicated, under the influence, or who consume alcohol during their scheduled tour will be ineligible to complete the tour and will be charged retail rates for their hotel stay. Please note, in accordance with state law, alcohol consumption is only permitted in designated areas of the resort.

IMPORTANT: For guests checking in on Wednesday, please note that our restaurant is closed on Wednesday except during the summer season. 

Hotel Reservations 14-Day Change/Cancellation Policy: Any changes made within 14 days of arrival will result in full room retail rate charge to the card on file (See rates below). Guests who do not check in on their scheduled arrival date or fail to complete their scheduled tour at their scheduled time will be subject to the standard hotel cancellation policy and will be charged the full retail rate for the room in addition to the forfeiture of their initial deposit and any other charges or fees they may have incurred. Trip protection is offered at time of reservation with cancellation coverage up to 48 hours prior to arrival (Trip protection does not extend coverage to guests who do not check in or fail to complete scheduled tours. Standard hotel cancellation policy and retail charges will be applied).

Trip Protection: Purchase is nonrefundable. Guests arriving on special promotions can opt for Trip Protection, where offered. With the protection plan, unlike normal hotel guests, the guest will not be responsible for retail rate charges or other possible fees. Coverage for guests scheduled to arrive in less than 14 days must be purchased at the time of reservation. Guests arriving in more than 14 days can add trip protection to their reservation within 24 hours of paying the initial deposit as long as the trip protection payment is made 15 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date.

For those who add trip protection to their reservation, coverage exempts guests from paying full retails rates for reservations up to 48 hrs prior to arrival (initial deposit and trip protection payment are non-refundable and not covered by the trip Protection). Any cancellation or reservation change inside of 48 hrs of scheduled arrival will result in full retail rate charge of reservation in addition to forfeiture of initial deposit and Trip Protection Payment. This includes reservations with Trip Protection.

West 1 Bedroom Units: $339 per night

South 1 bedroom units: $389 per night

North and East 1 bedroom units: $269 per night

South Hotel & West Hotel units: $229 per night

South Studio units: $229 per night

West 2 bed units: $519 per night

(*NH carries a 9% meals and rooms tax that will be charged in addition to the above rates)

Gifts: Participation in the Path Vacations guided tour preview will provide one (1) gift package per vehicle, household or family. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Path Vacations promotional offer. Any offer made to you is valid only on the day of your visit. The purpose of this advertising promotion is to acquaint you with our vacation ownership programs. A special offer will be made to you only at the time of your visit. However, you are under no obligation to make a purchase and you will receive the following: (1) Dream Vacation Week Certificate. ****QUALIFICATIONS****

This offer is limited to one vacation package per household, family, group, or vehicle. Individuals using a Path Vacations promotion to travel or stay at the resort at the same time as another party, participating in this program or not, are ineligible. Guest receiving complimentary or discounted stays at the resort that are deemed ineligible will be charged full room retail rate for their stay.

In order to be eligible for this special offer, you must be between 28 and 70 years old, currently employed or gainfully retired, touring party must have an annual income of $50,000 or more by way of primary employment or after an owned business endeavor after expenses (Combined husband and wife). If single, the income must be personal income and cannot be combined with others. If married, common-law or engaged; both partners must attend.  People with significant others must also attend together. Singles are welcome but must meet the income qualification on their own. Any persons attending reservation, does have to attend membership introduction presentation. To receive gifts parties must complete an approximate 90-120 minute Vacation Ownership presentation at Steele Hill Resort's Preview Center. The preview is fun, informative, and tailored to each guest's interests and vacation preferences. Path Vacations resorts have a strict no pet policy. Current or previous employees, owners and those who have toured with Path Vacations within the last 24 months are ineligible. Those planning to participate in this promotion must speak, read & write fluent English and be full United States Citizens. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Path Vacations promotional offer.
