What to expect from your Membership Benefits Review
Every Fall Into Savings stay includes a 60-minute Membership Benefits Review with a member of our team, scheduled at a time that works for you during your visit. It's a chance to sit down, look at how your membership has been working for you, and make sure you're getting the most out of it. During the hour, we'll go over:
- ✓ Your points, how you've been using them, and where you might be leaving value on the table
- ✓ Benefits included with your membership that you may not be taking advantage of
- ✓ Membership options, including upgrades, if they're relevant to how you travel
- ✓ Any questions you have about booking, points, RCI, or anything else
Upgrades are part of the conversation, and we want to be upfront about that. Our team will share what they think fits, and you're free to take it or leave it. There's no obligation to purchase anything.
The review is a required part of the offer, and all named members on the account should plan to attend. Once it's complete, your promotional rate is set regardless of what you decide.

Absolutely. This package is valid for up to 6 guests in up to a 1-bedroom suite, per availability. Standard occupancy rules for your room type apply, and all named members on the account will need to attend the Benefits Review.

Peak dates are the busiest times of the year at Steele Hill, like holiday weekends and school vacation periods. You can still book your stay on these dates, but each peak night carries an additional $100 on top of the regular midweek or weekend rate. Applicable peak dates are listed below and in our terms:
